From The Sun: Highland Man Arrested, Suspected Of DUI in Fatal Collision

The San Bernardino Sun is reporting the arrest of a Highland man on suspicion of driving under the influence following fatal traffic collision Thursday on the 210 Freeway.

"Officers arrested Russell Hanson, 32, of Highland on suspicion of DUI and vehicular manslaughter.  Hanson was driving a 2007 GMC Yukon east on the 210 Freeway near Del Rosa Avenue when it crashed into a 1994 Lincoln Town Car that had stopped on the right shoulder, authorities said.  The impact of the 9:53 PM crash was so intense, officers used a tow truck to pull apart the mangled vehicles before firefighters could get to the occupants."
