According to a San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department news release, following a shooting on April 2, 2011 at approximately 11:23 p.m. near the 26000 block of Baseline Street in the City of Highland, the suspect was identified as Colton resident Ronald McFoy, age 29. The case was reviewed by the District Attorney's Office and a warrant for McFoy was issued for Attempted Murder.
On April 7, 2011, the Highland Police Gang Team developed information that McFoy was in the City of Rialto. The Highland Police Gang Team, together with the San Bernardino Sheriff's Department's Gang Team, located and arrested McFoy. He was booked at the West Valley Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of $1,000,000.00 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, April 11, 2011.
