The San Bernardino Sun is reporting that residents of a neighborhood flooded on December 22 have been asking the City of Highland for a block wall on Summertrail Place at Highland Avenue since 2004.
"Mayor Larry McCallon said the Planning Commission considered capping Summertrail Place off at Highland Avenue but opted not to because it would leave the neighborhood with too few points of entry and exit."
