According to a San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department news release, On Friday, January 28, at 3:00am, a deaf victim had his phone stolen while texting with it.
A Hispanic male suspect approached the victim walking south in 7400 block of Sterling Avenue, stole the phone from the victim's hand and fled northbound.
